BLANKETS
Our needle punched non-woven, also known as needled felts, transforms the fibers into a nonwoven fabric. This traditional method used is suitable in terms of flexibility, quality and the diversity of the product. The process is created mechanically with interlocking fibers from a carded web. The products which can be made using this range from the mattress to the automotive industries, namely: pet blankets, carpet under felt blankets, utility blankets, transport/furniture removal blankets, and mattress pads.
CARPET
The under felt is strong and durable with excellent heat and sound insulation properties, suitable for heavy domestic and commercial uses.
UTILITY
They are soft, large, yet lightweight and compact. Covered in a stitch bond finishing, with zigzag quilting, over-locked and double stitched binding.
PET
Durable and colourful blankets perfect for any canine. We do custom branding for big quantities, or one can choose from our existing prints.
